Solar Power San Diego is currently overseeing the design, permitting, and Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a solar power system intended for a 119-unit apartment complex. The project's owner, who initiated it amidst the pandemic, is prioritizing a meticulous approach by hiring our team to evaluate the selected contractors capabilities. Their goal is to ensure the project's timely and cost-effective completion, with Solar Power San Diego offering comprehensive support throughout the entire endeavor. Additionally, the project benefits from being grandfathered into the NEM 2.0 program, resulting in savings of over $150,000 for the owner.
Solar Power San Diego initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) process tailored specifically for the Seven Oaks Homeowners Association (HOA). This unique opportunity allowed the HOA to engage the expertise of a seasoned solar designer who meticulously assessed various facets such as pricing, design elements, contract terms, and utility agreements. This approach was strategically designed to safeguard the hard-earned financial resources of the Seven Oaks community.
